Broncos vs. Patsies

194 comments:

  1. So it sounds like Julius Thomas will not be playing tonight.

Temperatures are reportedly supposed to be under 20 degrees with wind chills making it feel like 3 degrees. Guessing Manning will be wearing the glove tonight.

  2. It would be really nice to see SD beat KC today and give us a little help.

    ReplyDelete
  3. Hopefully Brad. The queefs lost both Huston & Hali

    ReplyDelete
  4. With 5 minutes left in the SD KC game, the Chargers have a 3 point lead.

Brant, good to know. I hadn't seen that. Were they major injuries? Would be nice to have them both out next week as well.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Two minute warning and the Chiefs are in the red zone. Let's hope the Chargers can hold to a FG for a tie.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Damn Chargers let them score a TD. Hopefully they can get it back to close out the game.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Chargers score! Looks like the Chiefs will be 9-2.

    ReplyDelete
  8. With a win this week and next week, we can really put some separation between us and the Chiefs in the standings.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Elbow & ankle respectively. missed the second half, don't know how bad they are.
Plus they played back ups @ right guard & tackle.

    ReplyDelete
  10. In the Post Game show, Marino called Rivers Phyllis by accident! hahaha

    ReplyDelete
  11. I would LOVED to have heard that! Didn't think I'd ever root for him, but I sure did on that last TD.

    ReplyDelete
  12. WOW!!! SD beating KC is huge! So hopefully we can take care of business tonight, stay injury free? I think we can go into KC and upset them in their own house.

I kind of like having two tough games back to back, on the road. We need to be tested.

    ReplyDelete
  13. My two sons were at the KC/eggos game. Just got a text saying it was unbearably cold. They went with a group of San Diego fans and evidently the Chiefs fans are not real tolerant of fans dressed in opposing colors.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Anyone listen to Scott pioli cry like a little bitch about the Broncos on this pre game? What a pussy

    ReplyDelete
  15. Betting line has Broncos -1. Anticipating a close game!

What was Scotti crying about? No illegal film of the Broncos practice??

    ReplyDelete
  16. He was crying about all of the "illegal" picks that the wide receivers run. Dildo

    ReplyDelete
  17. Oh, just the usual NE bull trying to influence the officiating before the game.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Crap - Collinsworth again. Hope he at least tries to be objective tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  19. No pass rush. Need to gear it up

    ReplyDelete
  20. I suppose we don't need a pass rush when we can do that

    ReplyDelete
  21. Nice defensive score there. We need those tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  22. The biggest thing tonight will be getting off the field on 3rd downs. We can't hold them on first and second and let them pick up big first downs on 3rd and long.

    ReplyDelete
  23. We weren't exactly stopping that drive until then though. Hope we made some adjustments during the kickoff!

    ReplyDelete
  24. So much for the non pass rush. Another fumble. Gonna be a 14 point lead here.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I hate the patriots. I'm loving this so far

    ReplyDelete
  26. Me too Brant. Me too. We can't get cocky though. The guys still have to make plays and keep bringing the heat on Brady.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Damn, we needed another TD there. I didn't want a FG

    ReplyDelete
  28. Touchdown would have been great, but can't hardly complain at this point

    ReplyDelete
  29. I agree HS. Just have to make them pay for making mistakes like that.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Getting some decent pressure. Gotta get off the field now on this 3rd down.

    ReplyDelete
  31. I realize we are throwing into the wind, but we need to throw the ball a little bit tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  32. OK now with the wind. This is awesome. Just what I was talking about what I wanted to happen.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Moreno sure is running hard tonight

    ReplyDelete
  34. Wow, Moreno running hard tonight. Whoever said on the last post Moreno might get his 100 yards tonight looks like they might be right.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Digger,

Now that we are with the wind, it would be nice to see us throw a little bit. The good thing will be we will have the ball with the wind in the 4th quarter.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Damn. Gotta punt. At least they won't have good field position.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Damn, almost had another fumble. We must have been working on stripping the ball this week in practice. I'm liking this fumbling by the Pats. Just hope it doesn't work its way over to our sideline.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Another fumble by Phillips. Nice. Gotta pick those up.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Wow got lucky there on that dropped ball.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Nice. Looks like they might go for it.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Damn, Duke is down. That's not a good sign. Who steps in?

    ReplyDelete
  42. Cool. They went for it . Our ball.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Looks like Hali and Houston will be available for KC next week.

    ReplyDelete
  44. DT can't hang onto the ball tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Nice play on the screen there by Ball to pick up the first down.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Moreno might get 100 yards in the first half.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Every time I see Ball get the handoff I cringe.

    ReplyDelete
  48. TD Tamme. Big lead. This is nice....

    ReplyDelete
  49. I just hope the guys are smart enough on our turn to defend the right end zone on the second half choice

    ReplyDelete
  50. Mr. President, send in the National Guard. We're killing these guys.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Von Miller is having a HUGE night tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Bad penalty by Sly, but I'm glad he did it. That was a cheap shot on Woodyard.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Damn, was hoping Holliday would get a chance to take one to the house.

    ReplyDelete
  54. When I posted that comment about Moreno getting 100 yards tonight, I never suspected he'd do it in the FIRST half!

    ReplyDelete
  55. Damn that guy was raping Decker, and no flag. WTF

    ReplyDelete
  56. HS,

He's been huge so far tonight. And hanging onto the ball. I guess he recognizes he's in a contract year. I think we need to resign him.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Damnit, DRC hurt himself on that ball.

    ReplyDelete
  58. It will be key to hold them without a score here on their opening possession.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Idiots. They should have kicked into the wind. How can you screw that up?

    ReplyDelete
  60. Easy to see why Jammer hasn't been playing.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. No kidding, there'd be no aloe left in Colorado if Jammer played more.

      Delete
  61. Damn, time to get serious now. Gotta have a score.

    ReplyDelete
  62. KInda don't like seeing Moreno strutting around after his runs,

    ReplyDelete
  63. Why are they not calling holding on the offensive line? I've counted at least a dozen times the Oline has had their elbow locked around our DL necks.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Man we better get it together and change the MO on this next drive.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Collinsworth is about to wet himself - prick

    ReplyDelete
  66. Turnovers gave us the lead and now they are biting our backsides

    ReplyDelete
  67. Going into the wind in the 4th quarter is going to kill us. we're going to lose chances at game winning field goals. Cannot for the life of understand this logic

    ReplyDelete
  68. We have to start throwing the ball here now. They have momentum going for them.

    ReplyDelete
  69. DRC has been ruled out the rest of the game with a shoulder injury. He was originally listed as probable. I bet they ruled him out before they saw the comeback starting.

    ReplyDelete
  70. We need another defensive play. That is why we were looking good in the first half defense and the run game.

    ReplyDelete
  71. This zone defense isn't going to work.

    ReplyDelete
  72. I wonder if they will go for a TD here if we hold them.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Guys are dropping like flies now.

    ReplyDelete
  74. D couldn't stop a nosebleed right now

    ReplyDelete
  75. Dumbest fucking coaching move that I've EVER SEEN. First, they choose to go with the wind, and then RUN THE BALL, and now this. Inexcusable. Holy shit

    ReplyDelete
  76. Well that CB was all over Decker. They aren't calling shit. on NE.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Is there a Patriot's player that Collinsworth hasn't sucked his dick?

    ReplyDelete
  78. The referees are wiping their asses because of last week

    ReplyDelete
  79. DT got fuckin mugged there by Talib and no call....AGAIN

    ReplyDelete
  80. Evidently no official he hasnt worked on either

    ReplyDelete
  81. Goodell called and told the refs the patsies have to win. Wow

    ReplyDelete
  82. Damn it Woodyard. He had the ball.

    ReplyDelete
  83. nice lane integrity there. now we'll be down by 11 with 5 1/2 minutes left

    ReplyDelete
  84. Looks like we held them to a FG. We need to get a damn TD to tie it up.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Offense hasn't done a thing all game. I'm not optimistic right now.

    ReplyDelete
  86. About damn time they call something on the Pats DB's.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Tie game. Now we have to play some defense.

    ReplyDelete
  88. That wasn't enough to fill that pit in my stomach. Still shaking in my boots a bit

    ReplyDelete
  89. Same here. We need to catch a break bad here.Muff the kickoff or something

    ReplyDelete
  90. Come on Von - lets see a strip sack

    ReplyDelete
  91. Jammer made a HUGE HUGE HUGE tackle there.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Fair catch as soon as it is kicked

    ReplyDelete
  93. Under 2 minutes and all 3 timeouts.

    ReplyDelete
  94. Decent field position. Let's move the ball here.

    ReplyDelete
  95. We used one, gotta take it down the field and use time, I really don't want to hand them the ball for one more chance.

    ReplyDelete
  96. If it is five degrees warmer Thomas makes that play.

    ReplyDelete
  97. shitty possession there. We need to bring some heat here.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Cody,

I thought they said NE actually called that timeout but I guess I heard wrong.

    ReplyDelete
  99. See, told you we had 3 timeouts! lol

    ReplyDelete
  100. They call offensive interference on us but won't imagine doing it against Gronk, what a load of shit.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Manning just didn't have the arm to get that ball to DT there. Got stuck in the wind.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Damn. Gotta play some monster defense now.

    ReplyDelete
  103. We need to jam their WR's at the line like they are.

    ReplyDelete
  104. Justice on that no call on Jammer.

    ReplyDelete
  105. Why in the world will they not flag Brady for unsportsmanlike conduct? Because its Brady!

    ReplyDelete
  106. Long way to go. We need to move the chains.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Knowshon needs to sack up and stay in this whole series. He can't come out

    ReplyDelete
  108. Yeah I do feel bit better because of that no call, at least they are letting both sides play a bit. Whew, gotta keep breathing.

    ReplyDelete
  109. On the upside, Talib is hurt. Let's throw to DT.

    ReplyDelete
  110. damn that was close. Gotta hang onto the ball.

    ReplyDelete
  111. Moreno is back in the game and 1st down. Let's fuckin win this game.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Getting close to field goal range, come on guys

    ReplyDelete
  113. Damn Welker can't hang on to the ball.

    ReplyDelete
  114. We needed another 15 yards for a good FG there.

    ReplyDelete
  115. This game is going to end in a tie.

    ReplyDelete
  116. Maybe a muffed punt return. Still some possibilities, being positive is so damn hard.

    ReplyDelete
  117. Yep we needed that first down for a realistic chance

    ReplyDelete
  118. Good defense on this drive. Gotta hold them here.

    ReplyDelete
  119. You've got to be fucking kidding me.

    ReplyDelete
  120. Carter needs to go take his seat on the damn bench.

    ReplyDelete
  121. Two damn times our guys have let the ball hit them on a damn punt and ended in turnovers.

    ReplyDelete
  122. Why the heck didn't Welker come up and make that fair catch. Gonads need to be a touch bigger there.

    ReplyDelete
  123. Cody that was on Welker, not Carter. Welker should have fielded that ball.

    ReplyDelete
  124. Far too many mistakes to win tonight, especially against NE in NE.

    ReplyDelete
  125. What a way to lose. I thought we were going to get the ball and try to run out the clock with a FG attempt. Instead, we are going to go down with that damn play.

Maybe I should go downstairs for a Bud Light.

    ReplyDelete
  126. Looks like it will be Moreno and CJ Anderson carrying the ball for awhile.

I don't know what it is with Ball dropping it all the time. He never fumbled in college. I just don't get it.

    ReplyDelete
  127. Our offense just isn't that good in the cold. We don't score when we need to when it gets chilly.

    ReplyDelete
  128. Even Anderson didn't hold on to the ball on a simple handoff. No excuses this game, we owned the first half and couldn't adjust or make plays in the second or OT.

    ReplyDelete
  129. It all turned when DRC got hurt, we couldn't cover after that. Plus turning over the ball doesn't help. It was an odd game in freezing weather. Hopefully guys can be healthy for next week.

    ReplyDelete
  130. Maybe Hillman does his Moreno impression now that Moreno is questionable. He went into the doghouse and bounced back strong, here is to hoping Hillman took notes on how to do it too.

    ReplyDelete
  131. What a heart breaking loss! And maybe I jinxed the game? I met my son at Buffalo Wild Wings for the game. At half time we both agreed that this game wasn't gonna go anywhere so we left at half.

Get home...and what ya know....Brady is scoring TD's!

    FFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUDDDDDGGGGGE!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  132. It aint weird if it works. Never leave at half time again!!

    ReplyDelete
  133. I know what didn't work, my wife kicking me down to the spare bedroom at halftime because she was going to bed. She said she knew we had it in the bag. I blame her, of course I blame her for anything that doesn't go right. Whenever something bad happens a woman MUST be to blame.

    ReplyDelete
  134. Sounds like I was premature in saying Hali and Houston would play. They say now they both may be out.

Also it sounds like Champ WILL play and DRC should be OK.

Vickerson is done for the year though. Maybe forever done as a Bronco. Sly getting his chance now. C'mon big guy.

    ReplyDelete
  135. Bummer about Big Vick, we use him in the rotation a lot. Do we let him heal or IR and get a replacement?

    ReplyDelete
  136. Vick to IR and we signed Sione Fua, thoughts?

    ReplyDelete
  137. Well G, he seems pretty decent signing on paper to me. Big enough (6'2", 308) and young enough (25). I'm not sure why he was waived. Fox did not draft him, but could still have ties to the coaches at Carolina or maybe we stole a scout from them that had a part in drafting him. They tried him out on OL before cutting him.

Justin Houston will be shelved 2-3 weeks with ligament damage in his right elbow.

Tamba Hali (ankle) has a "good chance" to play in Sunday's game against the Broncos.

    ReplyDelete
  138. I WANT TO WISH EVERYONE A HAPPY THANKSGIVING.
